Who We Are
We are a California civil litigation firm located northeast of Sacramento. We handle a variety of legal matters throughout California and occasionally as pro hac vice Counsel in other states and countries. Since our inception in 1993, we have flourished by providing clients with efficient and cost-effective legal representation with professionalism and integrity. Advantage of a Small Firm
We are less expensive than medium and large firm lawyers. Our lawyers began working for the big firms and now bring that experience and their own set of unique skills to our practice. As a result, our clients receive the same quality representation provided by the large firms with the added benefit of close personal attention and cost-efficiency not generally found in medium and large law firms. We believe in a collaborative approach and welcome our clients to be as involved in their matter as they wish.
Additionally, we are very selective with the clients and cases we take on, which allows each attorney to be readily available to communicate with our clients. While we cannot guarantee a particular outcome, we do guarantee that every client will receive effective and efficient representation, including being fully advised on status, options, risks, and recommended strategies for the best realistic outcome, in each matter we handle.

We have successfully prosecuted and defended, through settlement or judgment, cases involving tens of thousands of dollars to tens of millions of dollars, including business-to-business disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, environmental contamination and compliance matters, commercial landlord-tenant cases, residential and commercial foreclosure matters, purchase and sale disputes, land-use matters, construction defect cases, insurance coverage claims, broker liability issues, and personal injury and elder abuse cases involving catastrophic injuries.
