Collin Craig

Collin Craig practices in the areas of construction, business, real estate, and collections law, with an emphasis on civil litigation. He enjoys solving the complex legal and business challenges presented by each matter through thoughtful, practical, and creative strategies tailored to his clients' goals. Collin represents businesses, property owners, contractors, and individuals in a wide variety of disputes throughout California and is committed to developing strategic solutions that advance his clients' objectives while remaining mindful of the costs and complexities of litigation. In addition to his litigation practice, he advises clients on transactional matters to help them proactively manage legal risks and achieve their business goals.
His construction practice includes mechanic's liens, contract disputes, construction defect claims, public works matters, contractor licensing issues, and payment disputes. His business practice includes partnership and shareholder disputes, breach of contract actions, fiduciary duty claims, business torts, and general commercial litigation. He also represents clients in a variety of real estate matters, including nondisclosure disputes, boundary and easement disputes, quiet title actions, and other property-related litigation. Collin has represented clients in state and federal courts, as well as in mediation, and arbitration.
Collin earned his Juris Doctor from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law in 2021, graduating with distinction. During law school, he served as a member of the Chapman Law Review. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of the Pacific, graduating with highest distinction, where he was a member of the NCAA Division I Men's Swimming Team. Collin was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2021 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Central Districts of California.
Outside the office, Collin, a true sportsman, enjoys exploring California's backcountry whenever he has the opportunity with family, friends, and his yellow Lab, John B.
