Gregory W. Koonce

Greg Koonce has been practicing law in the greater Sacramento area since 1992. His primary practice involves commercial landlord-tenant matters in northern and southern California, as well as real estate matters including easement disputes, partition cases, environmental contamination matters, nondisclosure disputes, broker disputes, and general business litigation. Greg is also very experienced with California’s civil law and motion practices and discovery techniques and is utilized on nearly every matter handled by the firm for these skills. He has successfully prosecuted and defended various real estate and business litigation cases in state and federal courts, mediation, and arbitration. He previously practiced family law and personal injury law, representing victims of catastrophic accidents as well as defending various commercial enterprises, including ski areas, recreational equipment firms, small businesses, and churches.

Greg graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a degree in History and Political Science and received his law degree from the University of San Diego. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1992 and is admitted in all Federal Court Districts in California. He has been a long-time member of the Placer and Sacramento County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Christian Legal Society.
